Payment Options

You have the option to pay in full now, or to pay a deposit only and complete the balance up to 90 days before the trip begins.

If you choose to pay the deposit only at this time, once you complete registration and payment of the deposit, you will be able to look back into your account in the future to make progress payments at the time and in the amount of your choosing.

All payments must be completed in full up to 90 days before the trip begins. If your balance is not fully paid by the due date, the system will automatically charge the card on file and complete the payment.

Please note that the system charges a processing fee of 3.5%.

The cost of this trip is based on a minimum of 20 fully paying participants. If more than 25 people register, the price will go down. If less then 20 people register, the trip will be canceled and all deposits returned.

Ramah Cancellation Terms

In the event Ramah cancels the trip for any reason, your payment will be fully refunded (minus processing fees).

In the event that YOU cancel your participation in the trip:

Up to September 21st, 2026 (90 days prior to the trip): $500 fully refundable deposit

Between 89 and 60 days prior to departure: 25% non-refundable fee per person

Between 59 and 30 days prior to departure: 50% non-refundable fee per person

Between 29 and 15 days prior to departure: 75% non-refundable fee per person

14 days or less prior to departure: 100% cancellation fee
