Please book flights that will allow you to arrive in Casablanca no later than 9:30 AM on Monday, March 15th 2027. The group bus will depart the airport to begin the scheduled program at 11:30 AM.

Flight details from Casablanca, Morocco to North America

Please book flights that will allow you to depart from Casablanca on Thursday, March 25th 2027 in the afternoon/evening. The program ends in the late morning and the group bus will continue to the airport for a drop off at around noon.

You have the option to pay in full now, or to pay a deposit only and complete the balance up to 90 days before the trip begins. Choose your preferred option after clicking on the appropriate price.

If you choose to pay the deposit only at this time, after you complete registration and payment of the deposit you will need to create an account in order to be able to log back into this form in the future and make any updates and/or progress payments at the time and in the amount of your choosing.

All payments must be completed in full up to 90 days before the trip begins. If your balance is not fully paid by the due date, the system will automatically charge the card on file and complete the payment.

Please note that the system charges a processing fee of 3.5%.

Ramah Cancellation Terms

In the event Ramah cancels the trip for any reason, your payment will be fully refunded (minus processing fees).

In the event that YOU cancel your participation in the trip:

    * Up to 120 days prior:                             $650 non-refundable deposit

    * Between 120 and 91 days prior:          10% cancellation fee

    * Between 90 and 61 days prior:           30% cancellation fee

    * Between 60 and 30 days prior:          60% cancellation fee

    * Less than 30 days prior:                       100% cancellation fee
